Written and directed by Casey Hogue, it follows California wine from its mission-era roots, through Prohibition and the 1976 Judgment of Paris, to the growers adapting how they farm today. The film looks at regenerative and closed-loop farming, and at the farmworkers and Indigenous land stewards who are part of that story.\nClif Family Winery is one of the wineries featured in the film, along with Tablas Creek, J. Lohr and Bonterra. Our organic farming is a big part of who we are, and we’re proud to help the filmmakers share this story with more people.
