Art in Calistoga

Art in Calistoga

In Calistoga the arts scene is a place to gather and socialize. You will find that the arts have become a big part of the Napa Valley experience. Throughout the valley you have the opportunity to enjoy the visual arts, the performing arts, and several festivals that include film, music and live theater. Explore a fabulous art exhibit at the art center, or catch a play by the local Players’ group.

The creation of world-renowned artist Carlo Marchiori, Villa Ca’Toga is a fanciful replica of a Palladian-style home found in Veneto, Italy, showcasing architectural elements and sculptures. Using ordinary and recycled building materials, Marchiori has created a captivating, fantastical fusion of Italian Renaissance art, mythological personalities, and contemplative gardens. Tours through Villa Ca’Toga run May through October on Saturdays. Its ancillary business, Ca’ Toga Art Gallery, is open year-round and offers an exclusive showcase of Marchiori’s paintings, prints, drawings, sculptures, and ceramics, along with a curated selection of gift and design items.
