Calistoga Harvest Table® Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where will I be able to park for the event?

A: While Lincoln Avenue will be closed to traffic for the event, we encourage you to park on the many side streets throughout town and walk a block (or two) to reach the table.

Q: What is the weather forecast for the event?

A: The weather may be variable in mid-September. It may be quite warm during the day but cool down in the evening as the sun sets. Please keep this in mind when planning your attire for the event. A hat and sunscreen is recommended, as well as a light sweater for the evening. We also remind you to stay hydrated throughout the evening.

Q: I have a last minute change of plans. What is your cancellation policy?

A: Because this is a culinary event and we want to ensure we have an accurate head count for dinner, there is a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations and refunds will not be processed after August 9. Please expect a 5-7 day window in refund-processing time. You can however pass your tickets on to a very special friend if you can’t make the event yourself.

Q: Can I cancel my order for one table and select another?

A: We cannot guarantee that tickets at another table will be available. We have made every effort to post all menus prior to tickets going on sale so you can make the best decision prior to purchase.

Q: What does the ticket price include?

A: The ticket price includes your seat for dinner, tax and gratuity. You will only need to pay for your wine and/or beer at the bars on the street. A portion of your ticket purchase will be donated to the Calistoga Food Pantry.

Q: Can I bring my own bottle of wine to your event?

A: Sorry, our permit does not allow any outside alcoholic beverages. BYOB is NOT be permitted and purchasing alcohol from the participating restaurants to carry into the event is not permitted. You will be able to purchase wine by the glass or bottle, as well as locally-brewed beer at the event bars located on the street. The event bars will be open from 4:30pm – 9:00pm.

Q: I take my dog with me everywhere. Will I be able to bring Fido with me to the table?

A: Calistoga is very pet friendly but Fido will need to dine somewhere else that evening. If you are coming to stay overnight, many of our lodging properties accept pets. Click here to check out our pet-friendly itinerary!

Q: Are children allowed to attend Calistoga Harvest Table?

A: Much of Calistoga is kid-friendly but due to the requirements of our alcohol license for the evening, Calistoga Harvest Table is for those 21 years of age and over only. However, childcare will be offered for a fee by Calistoga Fit from 4:30-9:00 pm on the day of Calistoga Harvest Table for event guests. Click here to sign up with Calistoga Fit now.

Q: I have a special dietary need. Are there options for me?

A: Yes, many of the restaurants will offer special menus for your dietary needs. Take a look at the menus and find the one that best suits you. You will be able to enter special instructions during the checkout process.

Q: I am in a wheelchair. Will I be able to access the event?

Absolutely! Just let us know ahead of time so we can place you and your party appropriately at the table.

Q: How can I make sure that I am sitting with my friends?

A: You will be prompted to enter all of the names of the guests in your party as well as the name of another party you might like to sit near. This is not a guarantee that you will be placed next to each other!

Q: Will I be able to sit with my friend if they purchase dinner from another restaurant?

A: No. The menus from each restaurant will only be served at their table. If you want to sit together you will need to purchase tickets from the same restaurant.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: First of all, this hasn’t been a concern in the past, as September weather is usually quite warm and pleasant. However, our restaurants have set aside seats for you inside if there is a need.

Q: I know I want to stay the night and enjoy Calistoga on Monday and maybe even Tuesday. Where can I find information on lodging?

A: Our website can offer you several options to get to Calistoga for the event. Take a look here and choose the one that will bring you to the table.

Q: My first choice restaurant is already sold out. Can I get on a waiting list?

A: We recommend you go ahead and purchase tickets for this event at a different restaurant. We will not be taking names for a waiting list.

Q: I would like to volunteer for this event.  Who could I talk to and what would I receive for my time?
