Follow the Gingerbread Man
On Friday, December 1, the Gingerbread Man could be found all over Calistoga! The elves at our downtown tasting rooms paired up their wines with delicious gingerbread cookies from Bella Bakery and YOU voted for your favorite.

Holiday Village Tree Lighting

Calistoga kids enjoyed having their faces painted, making holiday ornaments with the Calistoga Art Center, playing games with the Calistoga Elementary PTA, hitting a pinata as a preview of the Calistoga Christmas Faire and climbing on a bouncy house provided by the Calistoga Fire Department.
Spicy, housemade gumbo from Evangeline, baked goods from the Soroptimist International of Calistoga, hot cocoa from the Calistoga Jr. Sr. High School Music Department and delicious wine from the Calistoga Winegrowers’ North Pole Wine Garden kept everyone happy and warm.

and a special appearance by town founder, “Samuel Brannan”!
After the tree lighting, everyone followed Santa Claus on his lighted tractor over to the Mount View Hotel for photos! One complimentary print was provided per family, courtesy of Studio on Main.
48th Annual Calistoga Christmas Faire

A FREE Christmas Faire for one and all. Shopping, festive food & holiday cheer, fun gift making stations for the kids, as well as live performances, holiday baking, canning, costumed characters and displays of homemade wearables and decorations.

Locals and visitors enjoyed riding the Holly Trolley around Calistoga on Friday, December 1 and Saturday, December 2. Stops located at Calistoga Farmers Market, Calistoga Depot and West End Antiques District.
