Join us at the Hydro Bar & Grill in Calistoga on Wednesday, October 17th for a fun evening as we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Sharpsteen Museum of Calistoga History. We’re being transported in time back to 1869 for an authentic dinner just like Sam Brannan would have enjoyed at his Hot Springs Resort. Passed appetizers at the no-host bar featuring a delightful Calistoga Punch.
Dinner will include whole-hind ‘hanging’ beef – carved to order, roast pork with spiced plum compote, a medley of fall vegetables, scalloped potatoes, pickled fennel relish and a pound cake dessert topped with brandy-soaked blackberries and whipped cream. Wine included with dinner.
See a detailed menu and purchase tickets on our website: www.SharpsteenMuseum.org. Tickets also available at the museum located at 1311 Washington St., Calistoga.
