We are thrilled to partner with Calistoga Recreation to bring Calistoga new senior-inspired classes. Participants will see an increase in mobility, muscle tone, stamina and overall strength to maintain a level of independence. Attendance is free to Calistoga residents and $10 for non-local drop-ins.
FIT WALK – WALKING GROUP

Start your weekend off with a 30-minute moderate paced walk around Pioneer Park. You can expect to build muscle, increase mobility, and improve stamina with low impact bodyweight exercises and stretches. And, of course, you’ll get to meet and enjoy the company of other Calistoga locals!
LOW IMPACT TONE

If you have any joint issues, this class is for you! You’ll utilize light weights and resistance bands to build strength and increase muscle mass for a total body workout.
