Time to rise & shine with the “Wake Up” Yoga class in our vibrant and whimsical spa garden. Open to all levels of experience, take part in this relaxing group class which includes breathing exercises, fluid movements to open up the body, and therapeutic yoga poses for flexibility and strength. There will also be core strengthening exercises throughout and concludes with a short guided meditation to start your day off right.
Michelle Rutherford is a Certified Fitness Trainer and started working in the health field over 25 years ago. She has an extensive background working with physical therapists and specializes in healing injuries as guests mindfully approach exercise. Her background is in yoga, dance, Pilates, and meditation. She has a holistic approach to exercise and her goal is to help others find more balance within as you get into shape.
