This Week In The Kitchen: One Pan Beef Stir Fry, Tank Garage Winery

Tank Garage Winery has provided another great and unexpected food pairing, daring the home chef and wine lover to go bold or go home, pairing the wine Dopamine with one pan beef stir fry. A little bit of savory, a little bit of sweet, and a little bit of spice from the garlic-soaked noodles marries perfectly with the smokiness of the wine, a blend of 61% Tempranillo, 26% Graciano and 13% Syrah. Dopamine can take a little heat so don’t be shy!

One Pan Beef Stir Fry, Tank Garage
1 pound flank steak
Choose your noods (soba, udon, egg, rice, and even spaghetti noodles will work)
1 white onion
5 shiitake mushrooms
1/2 cup minced garlic
1 cup shredded carrots
2 stems bok choy
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup green onion

The sauce:
Minced garlic
2 tbsp sesame oil
As much soy sauce as your heart desires

Heat a medium to large-sized pan on medium heat with a little bit of sesame oil. Sear the flank steak on both sides until desired temperature is reached. Once cooked, add in a whole sliced white onion. Next up, add your shiitake mushrooms. Drizzle in some of the pre-made sauce. Let simmer. Add in the shredded carrots, bok choy, and noodles and stir until fully cooked.

Once plated, sprinkle green onions on top and voila! You just made one pan stir fry.
