Amuse Bouche:
Shrimp Ceviche Tostadita- shrimp marinated in fresh lime juice, cilantro aioli, tomato, onion, cilantro on a corn tostadita.

First Course:
Golden Beets – purple cabbage, kalamata olives, marinated French goat cheese, cotija cheese, orange garden blossom

Second Course:
Filet Mignon- blanched carrots, mixed mushrooms, grilled asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes, Bennett Lane cabernet sauce, sautéed prawns, and pearl onions parsley.

Mexican Flan – homemade whipped cream.
