Save the Date: 25th Annual Lighted Tractor Parade, December 4, 2021

This week in Calistoga is focused on wellness, healthy living and eating and extra time to reconnect with Mother Earth. It’s sure to be your best week yet of 2021!

Have you ever experienced Calistoga’s famous mud? If not, now is the time! These natural volcanic hot springs were discovered in a valley near the base of Mount St. Helena in Calistoga by the Wappo tribe. When American settlers arrived in the 1840’s, the news of a hot spring with “healing powers” quickly spread and Calistoga established itself as a spa town. Visit one of our hot springs resorts and dip yourself in the mud, spread it on yourself or have the spa paint it on for you. There are many ways to muddy up in Calistoga. Your skin and body will thank you.

But there’s more to Calistoga than just mud and we’ve put together a series of activities to enjoy with a special nod to nature on Earth Day, April 22nd, listed below. If you want to live a little and love your body more, this is the week for you! Come join us.
