Unwind Weekend is Visit Calistoga’s signature spring event, celebrating the town’s long-standing identity as Napa Valley’s original wellness destination. The day is anchored by two distinct experiences: a free, family-friendly Classic Car Show through the mid-morning and afternoon, followed by the adults-only Bathrobe Bar Crawl as evening settles in.
Together, they capture Calistoga’s personality in full: community-rooted, effortlessly fun, and unapologetically comfortable.
Classic Car Show | 11 AM – 4 PM | Cedar Street, Downtown Calistoga
Saturday morning kicks off with the Classic & Exotic Car Show, set on Cedar Street between Lincoln Avenue and Spring Street in the heart of downtown. The show celebrates classic automobiles manufactured prior to 1980, and admission is free and open to the public.
Expect rows of meticulously maintained vintage vehicles, proud owners happy to share their stories, and the relaxed small-town atmosphere that makes Calistoga events feel genuinely different from anything else in Napa Valley. Bathrobe Bar Crawl | 4 PM – 8 PM | Downtown Calistoga
As the car show wraps, Calistoga shifts into its most iconic mode: thoroughly comfortable. The Bathrobe Bar Crawl runs from 4 to 8 PM, turning downtown Calistoga into a wellness-inspired social hour where the dress code is intentionally cozy. Think spa energy meets social hour.
Check in at the Calistoga Welcome Center at 1457 Lincoln Avenue beginning at 4:00 PM, where you will pick up your official bar crawl map and drink passport. From there, move at your own pace between participating venues, each offering exclusive drink specials priced at $10 or under.
