Evangeline’s main jewel is the large courtyard patio which serves as its main dining room. This space is fully open in the warmer seasons and once the cooler weather arrives, it is fully tented, heated and enclosed.
The cuisine at Evangeline focuses on classic French Bistro fare with an undeniable Creole and Southern twist. Chef Santiago Garcia curates dishes that reflect the seasons, local farms and foragers and is his interpretation of the Classics such as Bouillabaisse, Shrimp Etouffee, Gumbo, Steak Frites and Rack of Lamb.
Evangeline has a lively FULL bar and is known for its classic cocktails, toe-tapping ice cold beers, and a carefully curated and collected wine list which includes older vintages of Napa Valley wines, Local wines, French and even Italian selections.
