        FAQs

Is Harvest Table suitable for all ages?

While everyone is welcome at the Harvest Table, please note that this is an elevated experience meant to highlight the wine and culinary gems of Calistoga. We recommend all guests to be over 18.

Are vegetarian options available? Can I make substitutions?
There is a vegetarian option available at every restaurant! You will have the option to select the vegetarian option when buying your ticket. No substitutions or modifications, beyond the vegetarian menu, are allowed.
Is wine included in my ticket?

For Single Guest tickets, wine is not included in your Harvest Table Ticket. For Table tickets, one bottle of bubbles is included in your ticket. Wine is also available for purchase from a variety of local wineries at stations throughout the event. No outside alcohol is allowed.

What does it mean that I'm not guaranteed to sit with my party if I buy a single ticket?

Harvest Table is designed as a community-style dining experience with open seating. If you purchase individual tickets (even within the same order), your seats are not reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to sit with others in your group, we recommend arriving when the event begins and reserving seats by placing jackets or personal items on your chairs. The only way to guarantee that your group will be seated together is by purchasing a full table (8 seats), which comes with reserved seating—no need to arrive early or save spots. Please note *you are not able to sit with guests who have purchased tickets for a different restaurant.*

Is this a credit card-only event?

Harvest Table is a credit/debit card/contactless pay-only event. You will have the option to give gratuity when purchasing wine through our card system.

        Where do I park?
There is no designated Harvest Table parking area, all parking is first-come first first-served. There is plenty of free street parking in downtown Calistoga and we encourage carpooling. Be aware that rideshare apps such as Lyft or Uber become less available in the evening after the event.
