Tomato Soiree is a multi-course feast celebrating the humble (and extraordinary) tomato.
This multi-course exploration celebrates the summer season and delves into the vibrant world of the heirloom tomato. From delicate sweetness to smoky depths, each course will leave you delightfully replete.
Join us for an evening of culinary convivium as we celebrate the undisputed queen of summer produce. Our plates will feature an array of heirloom varieties, started from seed, and tended by the farm team on our CCOF-certified organic farm on Howell Mountain. These peak-season tomatoes will be paired with Clif Family’s organically farmed wines, creating a memorable feast for all.
Curated by our very own Executive Chef Magnus Young and the culinary team, this one-night-only event promises to be a celebration of the humble, yet luscious, tomato. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the wonder of the summer harvest in every delicious bite.
