Picayune 2023 Merlot Sinskey Vineyards

Our newest wine is a fantastic merlot grown by the iconic Sinskey Vineyards. Claire has expertly guided this wine into an exquisite expression of this underlooked varietal.

Picayune 2024 Hyde Sauvignon Blanc

Welcoming aromas of tropical fruits on the nose with a few notes of citrus and lemon meringue pie. The palate is textured and elegant with flavors of peaches, brioche and hints of minerality. This is a wine of good structure and balance, a wine with a persistent finish.

Picayune 2023 Padlock Bordeaux-style red blend

Padlock reveals a deep and radiant fuchsia in the glass. Inviting on the nose with captivating aromas of ripe blackberry, luscious plum, and dark chocolate. Layers of ripe and juicy cherry, delicate hints of violet, and peppercorn are underscored by the firm yet well-integrated tannins. Dark fruit and savory spice notes linger for a long finish.

Chef Spencer Conaty will be creating three exclusive bites to pair with our three new wine releases. Chef Spencer comes to us from decades of experience across Michelin starred restaurants, fantastic wineries, and more. Enjoy
