Floating Sound Bath
Join Calsitoga Fit at the Calistoga Motor Lodge for a meditative Floating Sound Bath experience that combines the relaxation of floating in the water with the therapeutic vibrations of sound. Participants will immerse themselves in a pool, allowing their body to float effortlessly on a pool float (provided by Motorlodge) while being enveloped by a symphony of instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, creating a deeply immersive and relaxing soundscape.
