Chef Ross Melling prepares a Coq au vin with Chef Robuchon’s “Pomme Purée,” bacon lardons and button mushrooms. Seasonal mixed green salad with goat cheese and red wine vinaigrette. Vanille crème brûlée for “le dessert”.
