June’s Street Food Theme for the Month is Singapore

This June, The Clif Family Napa Valley Street Food series heads to Singapore. It’s one of the world’s great food cities—a mash-up of Chinese, Malay, and Indian cooking that turns out everything from bold, spicy dishes to the kind of comforting classics you crave on repeat.

All month long, we’ll be rotating through the hits: Hainanese Chicken Rice, Rendang, and Wanton Mee, plus staples like Nasi Lemak, Nasi Goreng, and Chicken Satay Skewers. Keep an eye out for Roti Canai, Laksa, Chili Crab, Ayam Goreng, and, of course, Kaya Toast.
