For one night only, Chef Rogelio steps out of Auro’s kitchen and behind the yakitori grill to prepare fire-cooked dishes that reveal the depth and complexity of dry-aged fish—think hand rolls, sashimi, ceviche, and skewers—all paired with Champagne Laurent-Perrier.
