Sterling Vineyards – Oyster Roast N’ Toast

Raise a glass to the release of Sterling’s newest sparkling wine at Oyster Roast N’ Toast, a Southern-inspired harvest celebration at Sterling Vineyards.

Set against views of the estate caves and vineyards, this lively afternoon brings together exceptional wine, live-fire cooking, and the energy of Napa Valley harvest season. Guests will enjoy raw, roasted, and grilled oysters prepared over live fire with live shucking, thoughtfully paired with Sterling wines.

The Sterling culinary team will serve a selection of house-made sauces and classic Southern-style sides to complement the oyster service. The afternoon also includes live music and a relaxed communal setting, making this a bright, briny harvest kickoff at Sterling Vineyards.

Please note: this event takes place at Sterling’s Estate Vineyards and Wine Caves upon entry to the winery. This ticket does not include a ride on the Aerial Gondola. Guests must be 21 or older to attend.
