Theorem Vineyards is located on one of Napa Valley’s most historic homesteads—a 60-acre mountain estate on the northern slope of Diamond Mountain in Calistoga, where redwood forest meets heritage vines and buildings dating to 1878.
Theorem produces single-vineyard, single-varietal estate wines from two mountain appellations—Diamond Mountain and Moon Mountain—including our flagship Voir Dire, a Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon grown from our oldest vines, one of Napa Valley’s rare remaining blocks of Clone 8. Every wine is shaped by volcanic soils, elevation, and an uncompromising standard of truth.
Our historic vineyard is also one of the most beautiful wineries in Napa Valley to visit. We have lovingly restored the original structures—barns, outbuildings, and a schoolhouse believed to be the oldest in the valley—into an intimate, design-forward estate where every detail has been considered. Guests enjoy private tastings and chef-crafted food pairings, with the unhurried feeling that you are the only guests on the mountain that day.
What began as weekend getaways for Jason and Kisha Itkin became a decade-long restoration of land, vines, and historic buildings—revealing the truth in every layer of Diamond Mountain in Calistoga. Today, Theorem Vineyards acts as a symbol of preserving Napa Valley history, a place where time slows, and the truth is poured. All tasting experiences are private and by appointment.
