Cathy Stewart is the owner and small-batch craft roaster behind Calistoga Coffee Company LLC, supplying locally roasted coffee to many of Calistoga’s B&Bs, hotels, restaurants, and merchants. Her journey began 15 years ago working alongside Clive Richardson at the Calistoga Roastery, where she learned the art of coffee roasting. In April 2018, Cathy officially took over the roasting operation, wholesale business, and retail web store, continuing a legacy of quality coffee in town.
Cathy’s favorite blend—Up and Running—was months in the making, carefully sampled and refined until it was just right. She also offers custom coffee blends and labels, giving local businesses a unique way to treat guests, staff, or customers with something truly their own. Beyond coffee, Calistoga Coffee Company also carries a wide selection of loose-leaf teas. What Cathy loves most is inviting customers into the creative process and seeing their excitement as they help develop blends that reflect their own tastes and stories.
